Who operates Ramifly

Ramifly is the operator of this service. Questions about privacy or requests concerning your information can be sent to support@ramifly.com.

Information we collect

• Account information, including your email address and basic profile information supplied by Google or another sign-in provider.
• Content you submit, including questions, generated conversations, branches, quizzes, and message history.
• Service usage and billing records, including token usage, account balance entries, subscription identifiers, transaction identifiers, and feature activity.
• Technical information, including IP address, browser and device details, cookies, local storage, security logs, error logs, and referral information.
• Support communications and any information you include when contacting us.

How we use information

• Provide authentication, saved conversations, branching questions, quizzes, and public sharing features.
• Generate AI responses and improve the reliability, safety, and usability of the service.
• Measure usage, calculate charges, apply subscription credits, prevent abuse, and investigate security incidents.
• Process purchases, refunds, disputes, invoices, and subscription events.
• Respond to support, privacy, copyright, and account deletion requests.
• Understand aggregate product performance through analytics when analytics is enabled.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate Ramifly. Depending on the feature you use, information may be processed by Vercel and Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, Supabase for authentication and storage, DeepSeek and other current or future AI model providers for AI generation, Google for sign-in and analytics, and Creem for payments and subscriptions.

AI prompts may include your question and relevant branches. Creem processes payment details as Merchant of Record. Ramifly does not directly store your complete payment card number.

Public sharing

If you create a public snapshot, anyone with its link may view the snapshot title, conversation, content, and basic creation information. Do not publish confidential, personal, or copyrighted material you are not permitted to share.

You may revoke a snapshot, but previously shared copies, browser caches, search indexes, or third-party archives may take time to disappear.

Cookies, local storage, and analytics

Ramifly uses cookies and local storage for sign-in sessions, language and theme preferences, security, and local product state. Google Analytics may be enabled on the production website to measure visits and interactions.

You can restrict cookies through your browser. Blocking required storage may prevent sign-in or saved preferences from working. Where consent is legally required for non-essential analytics, we will request it before using those technologies.

Retention and security

We keep account and user content while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We may retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, backup, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and applicable law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Send requests from your account email to support@ramifly.com. We may need to verify your identity.

You can delete or revoke shared snapshots through the product where the feature is available. Account deletion may not remove records we must retain by law or for legitimate security and dispute purposes.

International processing and children

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. We use available contractual and technical safeguards for those transfers.

Ramifly is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires a higher minimum age or parental consent for online services, that requirement applies. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes may also be announced in the service. Contact support@ramifly.com with privacy questions.
