Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form an agreement between you and Ramifly. By accessing Ramifly, creating an account, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires a higher age or parental consent, that requirement applies. If you use Ramifly for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access to your email and sign-in provider, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not sell, share, or transfer an account in a way that creates abuse or evades service limits.

The service and AI output

Ramifly helps users explore questions, branch from selected concepts, create quizzes, and save or share conversations.

Ramifly is an independent product that uses third-party AI models to generate learning explanations, follow-up branches, quizzes, and summaries. Ramifly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model provider. The current AI generation provider is DeepSeek, and we may add or switch model providers as availability, quality, cost, safety, or compliance needs evolve.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Verify important information independently. Ramifly does not provide medical, legal, financial, academic accreditation, or other professional advice, and should not be used as the sole basis for high-impact decisions.

Features, models, limits, and availability may change. We may suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Ramifly a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to provide features you request.

You are responsible for your content and must have the rights or lawful permission needed to submit and process it. Public snapshots are intentionally accessible to people who receive the link.

Third-party content

Third-party content remains subject to the rights and terms of its owners. Ramifly does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, download, republish, or distribute protected content.

When you submit a link to third-party content, Ramifly may retrieve publicly accessible information from that link to answer your question. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable platform terms, copyright law, and any permissions required for the content.

Do not use Ramifly to bypass access controls, create an unauthorized substitute for original content, or process material when you lack permission or a lawful basis.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or abusive activity.
• Do not submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Do not distribute malware, probe or attack systems, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not scrape, automate, resell, reverse engineer, or evade rate, account, billing, or safety limits except through an authorized interface or written permission.
• Do not use output to make high-impact decisions about a person without appropriate human review and legal authority.

Subscriptions, billing, and credits

Paid plans are sold and processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Creem calculates applicable indirect taxes, issues receipts or invoices, and processes the payment. Prices, billing periods, included credits, and plan details are shown before checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel through the Creem Customer Portal linked from your purchase email or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund a completed charge.

Account credits are limited service-use units, are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed outside Ramifly. We may remove credits associated with a refund, reversal, chargeback, fraud, or pricing error. Usage charges and plan benefits are described on the pricing page and at checkout.

Refunds

Ramifly provides one-time free AI credits so you can evaluate the service before purchasing. Paid subscription charges are generally final and non-refundable. Exceptions required by law, payment-network rules, or Creem policy are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Intellectual property

Ramifly, its design, software, branding, and service content are owned by or licensed to the operator. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks, source code, or proprietary technology except the limited right to use the service under these Terms.

If you believe content on Ramifly infringes your rights, send a detailed notice to the support email below.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Ramifly at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay, abuse the service, or if continued operation is not reasonably possible. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a chance to resolve the issue.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ramifly is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Ramifly and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Ramifly during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes, applicable law, and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes may be announced in the service, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
